This kit has come in very handy for us over the last several weeks. We have used the Nasal aspirator the most and it gets the job done well. I did find that at first the bulb was a little stiff and hard to compress but after several uses it becomes easier to use. The nasal tip actually comes off and you can attach an adapter to make it an ear syringe that can be used to clean the outter parts of  baby's ears. This tip is very soft and flexible.  We love that the medicine droppers have soft tips that is easy on baby's mouth and gums.  The medi-nurser will be handy if and when baby needs to take medications. It allows for you to administer the medication through a nipple. The sides of the base have an indention to make it easy to grasp this handy tool.
