In 2006 Tommee Tippee revolutionized the infant feeding market with the launch of the Closer to Nature line of baby bottles and accessories. The Closer to Nature bottle design offers a uniquely soft, super-wide nipple that naturally flexes and stretches like the breast. The bottle is designed with an ultra-sensitive anti-colic valve that lets babies feed at their own pace with less air, vacuum build-up, and nipple collapse. Nipples are progressively staged in slow, medium, fast and vari-flow rates to meet growing babies’ needs.

My thoughts:
I'd recommend both the orignal and sensitive tummy
Tommee Tippee bottles!
Tommee Tippee bottles!
I'd prefer the sensitive tummy bottles over the original Tommee Tippee bottles for a few reasons. I felt as if they did help a lot with fussiness after feedings and I love the temperature feature. If the milk is too hot, the inside strip turns pink (it is normally black!). I thought that the Sensitive Tummy bottles would be more of a hassle to clean but they really weren't any more work than the original bottles. Each bottle set comes with a nice little brush cleaner that allows for easier cleaning!
These bottles fit comfortably in the hand because of their neat design and are also easy for baby to hold on to as well. The nipples a perfect for those moms who are choosing to breast and bottle feed because of the easy transition between the two nipples. The Tommee Tippee nipples are very soft and have a wide base. The only dislike about the bottles is that from time to time the nipple would invert because of its soft base. This is an easy fix and it only happens occasionally so I didn't find that it was any big deal. I had no trouble with these bottles leaking and no trouble getting baby to feed using these bottles. All of their bottles are BPA FREE!

Tommee Tippee bottles and other products currently can only be purchased online or from Toys R Us stores. This is okay for me since I am located fairly close to a Toys R Us store but it would be nice if they sold them at other retailers such as Target or Walmart.
Purchase your own Bottles from Toys R Us!
You can pick up a 3 pack of bottles for $19.99 (in 9oz or 5oz)
or a 2 pack of the sensitive tummy bottles for $19.99
One feature that I absolutley love about the Tommee Tippee website is their new application, The Day Baby was Born.
"So many incredible memories. One simple way to save them."
The Day Baby Was Born is a free service provided by Tommee Tippee that automatically gathers information about the day your child was born, based on your selections, to create a storybook that you can share with family and friends. Welcoming a child into the world is an amazing journey, and so much happens so quickly it can be hard to remember every detail. This site is a simple way to capture and cherish your memories. Start as soon as you know you're pregnant and catch every detail of the journey. (source: Tommee Tippee)The Day Baby Was Born application offered by Tommee Tippee is such a neat tool to have accsess to during your pregnancy. You can create an account through your facebook account and then you add your due date, Ultra sound photos and each and every little detail you wish to include during your journey of pregnancy. I love this because it keeps track of every little detail for you and then you are able to share it on facebook if you choose. You can also download it and print it out to share with others this way. The best part about it, is that it is TOTALLY FREE!
